• "As-Is" Provision: All AI-synthesized content, key takeaways, and editorial materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for efficiency and informational tracking purposes only.
• No Professional Reliance: Summotic does not guarantee the absolute technical accuracy, contextual perfection, or real-time precision of its automated outputs. Content on this platform does not constitute formal legal, corporate restructuring, financial, or advertising compliance advice. Any reliance on our summaries is strictly at your own operational risk.

2. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property Protection

Unless otherwise specifically declared, Summotic and/or its corporate licensors retain the exclusive global intellectual property rights, copyrights, and database rights for all proprietary assets published on summotic.com, including but not limited to editorial prose, code architectures, synthesized layout nodes, database structures, and visual brand assets.

7. Global Severability and Governing Law

Should any specific provision of these Terms be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full operational force and effectiveness.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of our primary corporate jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts hosting our primary administrative seat.
